Applications must be filled out completely and received by the due date for consideration. Applicants can expect strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information provided and award results. In order to be considered for tuition aid, please attach a copy of the first page of the family’s Federal Income Tax Form 1040 for 2014 to your completed application. For your security, please block out any social security numbers that appear on your tax form.
