Please note the following forms must be filled out online for all new and returning musicians! They must be signed and submitted to the KVYSO immediately, regardless of tuition payment method (explained in the Handbook). When you complete the Tuition Payment and Musician/Parent Agreement forms, you will be directed to the ‘pay tuition’ page.
